摘 要:在信息技术快速发展且渗透到各行各业的时代,运用动态能力观分析职业院校教师信息化教学能力培养,从信息技术素养、信息化教学设计、信息技术教学应用三个方面9类指标25个要素观察,均需教师具有对变化的信息技术、教学环境等外部资源进行获取、整合、组合和创新的能力。这种能力的系统培养既需要教师个体需求与自主学习提升,也需要外部机制环境氛围激励与帮助。Information technology is developing rapidly and permeating all walks of life. While analyzing the cultivation of teachers' ability on vocational schools with the dynamic capability view and observing it from 25 elements of 9 indicators of three aspects of information technology literacy, information teaching design, and information technology teaching applications, we found that teachers should have the ability to acquire, integrate, combine and innovate the external resources such as changing information technology and teaching environment. The systematic training of this ability requires not only the individual needs of teachers and the promotion of autonomous learning, but the incentive and help of the external mechanism environment.
