摘　　要：为了提高手机维修效率和管理水平,针对当前手机维修行业管理混乱、服务较差的情况,提出了利用JSP和MySQL数据库技术建立一个基于Web的手机维修管理系统。系统充分结合当前手机维修业实际需求,在保证系统功能符合一般要求的情况下,在经济实用性方面做了最大范围的考虑。给出了一个较为完整的软件设计方案,以期对构建手机售后维修系统有所帮助。In order to improve the maintenance efficiency and management level of mobile phone,this paper proposes to build a Web-based software system using JSP and MySQL database technology in view of the management confusion and poor service of current mobile phone maintenance industry.The system fully combines the actual needs of the current mobile phone maintenance industry,in the case of ensuring the system function,in terms of economic and practical aspects of the largest range of considerations.This paper gives a more complete software design scheme,in order to help enterprises to build mobile phone after-sales maintenance system.
