美国高校图书馆开放教育资源服务状况研究

摘　　要：随着公众对开放教育资源关注度越来越高,有关开放教育资源服务的运动蓬勃兴起。开放教育资源主张人人可以免费获取处于公有领域或开放授权的教育资源。美国高校图书馆在开放教育资源服务中起着领导、推动、协作、指导和支持的作用,并在政府政策、多方合作、开放意识、专业岗位、指导培训等方面提供了值得借鉴的经验。基于此,我国高校图书馆在开展开放教育资源服务时要获得政策支持,提高开放意识,推动多方合作,设立专业岗位。As the public becomes more and more concerning with the open education resources, the campaign of open education resources is on the rise. Open education resources advocate that everyone can obtain free education resources in the public domain or openly authorized. American university libraries play the role of leading, promoting, cooperating, guiding, and supporting in open education resources service, and provide valuable experience in government policies, multi-party cooperation, open consciousness, professional positions and guidance training. University libraries in China must obtain policy support, increase open consciousness, promote multi-party cooperation and establish professional positions to develop open education resource service.
