高校科研成果转化能力与效率关系评价——基于2016年教育部直属61所高校的实证研究

摘　　要：以2016年我国61所教育部直属高校为研究样本,运用因子分析和数据包络分析(DEA方法分别评价有关高校的科研成果转化能力及转化效率,并探讨高校科研转化能力与效率之间的关系。研究发现,高校间科研成果转化能力差异较大,不同因素对其影响程度不同;科研成果转化效率整体偏低;转化能力与转化效率非完全正相关。This paper takes the 61 universities directly under the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2016 as the samples, u- sing factor analysis and data envelopment analysis （ DEA method） to evaluate the transformation ability and efficiency of scientific research, and explores the relationship between university research transformation ability and its efficiency. The results show that, there is a great difference in the conversion ability of scientific research among universities, and the influ- ence degree of different factors is different; the conversion efficiency of scientific research is low and the transformation abil- ity is not completely related to the conversion efficiency.
