摘　　要：针对目前高校大学生安全教育重视不够、师资队伍建设薄弱、课程体系不系统等问题,特别是互联网高速发展背景下意识形态的冲击、价值取向的偏差和网络沉溺等引发的新的安全问题,进一步梳理网络背景下大学生安全教育的内容,进而提出大学生安全教育应树立借技术创新服务大学生安全教育发展、教育引导要融入日常交流沟通、寓网络素养教育于安全教育中三大理念,并尝试引入线上/线下、课内/课外、校内/校外三组安全教育实践路径来指导实际操作,做好高校大学生安全教育工作。In view of the current problem of less attention to college students＇ safety education, weak faculty construction, and non-systematic curriculum systems, especially the new security issues arising from the impact of ideology under the high-speed Internet development, deviations in value orientation, and Internet addictions, by further teasing out the content of college students＇ safety education under the background of Internet, we are going to put forward that the safety education for college students should establish three concepts： develop college students＇ security education by technical innovation; integrate education guidance into daily communication; combine Internet literacy education in security education, and do a good job in college students＇ safety education by trying to introduce three groups of basic path of safety education practice to guide the actual operation, that is online/offline, in-class/after-school, on-campus/off-campus.
