摘　　要：实验室文化建设是理工科高校保障实验室人员及设备安全,激发学生探索欲望,促进学校教风和学风建设简便、快捷的途径之一。以昆明理工大学实验室文化建设作为研究案例,论述了实验室文化建设要传承校园文化,彰显学校特色;实验室管理职能部门率先垂范,从精神文化、制度文化、环境文化3个方面开展实验室文化建设;学院或实验室紧扣自身特色,开展了形式多样的实验室文化建设探索。The construction of laboratory culture is one of simple but fast ways to ensure the safety of laboratory personnel and equipment,to stimulate the students ’desire to explore the world,and to promote the teaching and learning environment. According to the case study of laboratory culture construction in Kunming University of Science and Technology,this paper discusses the laboratory management function departments how to establish a good laboratory cultural construction in the aspects of the spiritual culture,system culture and environmental culture. As for the laboratories,they also have done good jobs in laboratory cultural construction in a variety of activities in light of their own particular features.
