摘 要:针对目前大学计算机专业人才培养方式上的不足,计算机科学拔尖人才实验室重视培养计算机专业学生最基础的专业技能,即编程能力和算法设计能力。从设立实践性强的理论课教学内容与讲授方式、以赛代练的实践课环节、实验室氛围建设方面探讨了计算机拔尖人才培养实验室的建设。实验室培养具有算法理论基础深厚,编程能力强,自我获取知识能力和创造性能力的人才,实践证明实验室培养模式能切实提升学生的程序设计和编程实现能力,培养社会真正需要的计算机科学人才。Aimed at the lack of computer talents cultivation in the college,the computer science talents training laboratory attaches great importance to the cultivation of the basic professional skills of computer major,i. e.,the abilities of programming and algorithm design. The construction of the training laboratory of the top-notch computer talents is discussed from the establishment of practical teaching contents and teaching methods,the development practical class by contesting and the laboratory atmosphere construction. The talents cultured by the laboratory have the ability of deep theoretical foundation,strong programming ability,self acquisition of knowledge and creative ability. The practice has proved that the laboratory training mode can effectively improve the students’ ability of programming and implementation,and cultivate the talents of computer science really needed by society.
