摘　　要：进一步完善职业院校内控机制势在必行,文章首先明确内控的含义与原则,其次分析了内控机制在职业院校管理中的现状和主要问题,最后在此基础上提出了职业院校管理中内控机制的建设,念好"紧箍咒"的三点对策。It is imperative to further improve the internal control mechanism of vocational colleges.The article first defines the meaning and principles of internal control.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and main problems of internal control mechanism in the management of vocational colleges.Finally,it proposes three countermeasures of how to use＂Incantation of the Golden Hoop＂in the construction of the internal control mechanism in management of vocational colleges.
