创业拼凑研究脉络梳理与未来展望

摘　　要：本文对现有国内外创业拼凑研究进行了回顾,系统梳理了创业拼凑研究中的主要理论视角、测量、前因变量、情境因素和结果效应.在此基础上总结了创业拼凑的新兴议题,主要包括对创业拼凑研究对象的扩展、对创业拼凑有效性边界的探究和对创业拼凑的中国情境化研究.最后,针对当前研究的不足构建了研究框架并展望了未来研究方向.Based on the existing domestic and foreign researches on entrepreneurial bricolage, it systematically re- viewed the main theoretical perspectives, measurements, antecedents, contextual variables and the outcomes of entre- preneurial bricolage. On this basis, it summarized emerging issues of entrepreneurial bricolage research, which include the expansion of the research objects of entrepreneurial bricolage, the exploration of boundary conditions of bricolage ef- fectiveness, and the research of entrepreneurial bricolage in Chinese context. Finally, it proposed an integration re- search framework and made brief prospects for future research.
