摘　　要：当前,我国对旅游专业的高职教育人才培养定位还不够明确,高职院校的旅游理论体系和人才培养模式严重滞后于当前经济社会的发展,在学校与企业合作等方面的人才培养模式亟待加强。我们可以与经济发展形式相结合,优化课程体系,提高师资人才队伍的行业知识,创新人才培养模式,支持旅游职业教育体系的建设,为学生的未来就业等方面加强培养,产学结合,从而提高高职旅游专业的学生职业能力建设。At present, the training and positioning of higher vocational education for tourism major is not clear. The tourism theory system and talent training mode of higher vocational colleges are lagging behind the current economic and social development, and the training mode in the cooperation of schools and enterprises needs to be strengthened. Therefore, we can combine with the form of economic development, optimize the curriculum system, improve the professional knowledge of the faculty, the mode of training the talents, support the construction of the vocational education system of tourism, strengthen the training for the future employment of the students, combine production and study, and raise the vocational ability of the students of higher vocational tourism major construction.
