摘  要:高等教育结构性调整是服从国家经济转型发展需要。转型就是事物结构形态、运转模型和人们观念的根本性转变过程,其实也是一个创新的发展过程。"双师型"教师是突出实践性教学衍生出来的适应历史发展趋势的教育理念。从转型背景、顶层设计、培训制度、考核机制及保障制度、培养策略等方面分析应用型本科高校"双师型"教师培养,加强产教融合、校企合作有利于"双师型"教师培养及"双师型"教师队伍建设,有利于达成应用型人才培养及突破转型发展瓶颈,实现转型发展目标。Structural adjustment of higher education is subordinated to the needs of national economic transformation and development. Transformation is the fundamental transformation process of things' structure form, operation model and people's concept.In fact, it is also an innovative development process. The double-teacher type teachers are the educational concepts that are derived from practical teaching and adapt to the historical development trend. From the aspects of the transformation background, the top level design, the training system, the assessment mechanism, the guarantee system and the training strategy, the article analyzes and discusses the training of the double-teacher type teachers in the application-oriented universities. It is pointed out that strengthening the integration of production and education and school enterprise cooperation is beneficial to the training of double-teacher type teachers and its construction. Meantime, it is also beneficial to achieve the training of applied talents and breakthrough the bottleneck of transformation and development, achieving the goal of transformation and development.
