摘 要:道家管理思想有着丰富的内容,其中亦蕴含着丰富的领导思想。"无为而治"就是其中最核心且重要的一点,超级领导理论则是当代领导理论的最新发展之一。在深入研究道家领导思想及综合前人多种研究的基础上,探究道家"无为而治"的领导思想和超级领导理论的共性和差异。从本质上说,超级领导理论的核心观点是"领导是为了不领导",而道家"无为而治"的领导思想则是"不领导是为了领导"。基于上述分析,为构建"自我领导"的组织架构提供了一些意见和建议,为构建有中国特色的管理理论与实践提供了一些参考。The management thought of Taoism has rich contents, which also contains rich leadership thought. The "govern by non-interference" is themost central and important point,and the theory of superleadership is one of the latest developments in contemporary leadership theory. In this paper, the author explores the generality and difference of the theory of Taoist leadership and superleadership. In essence, the core view of superleadership theory is that "not leading is for leading",leadership theory of Taoism is "leading is for not leading". paper provides some suggestions and proposals for the construction of " sel-leadership" organizational structure, and provides some references for the construction of management theory and practice with Chinese characteristics.
