基层精神病专科医院护士急救技能培训需求的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解基层精神病专科医院护士对急救技能培训的需求。方法:便利抽取浙江省内5所二级甲等精神病专科医院在职精神科护士210名,采用自行设计的调查表进行调查。结果:回收有效问卷207份,207名护士中有198名认为培训有必要(95.65%);100%愿意接受急救技能培训;最受认可的培训方式是团队情景模拟,最想培训的内容是心肺复苏(78.74%)。结论:基层精神病专科医院护士急救技能培训必要性已被护士所认可,护理管理者要根据临床需求,有计划地做好护士急救技能培训,以适应精神医学发展的要求。[Objective]To understand the needs for the training of first-aid skills of nurses in primary psychiatric hospital.[Method]210 in-patient psychiatric nurses in 5 primary and secondary psychiatric specialist hospitals in Zhejiang Province were randomly selected.A self-designed questionnaire was carried out to investigate.[Result]207 valid questionnaires were recovered.95.65% of nurses think training is necessary.100% were willing to receive first-aid skills training.The most recognized training method was team scenario simulation.The most important training content was cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）（78.74% of the nurses）.[Conclusion]The necessity of first aid skill training for nurses in primary psychiatric hospitals has been approved by nurses.Nursing managers need to do a good job in nurses＇ emergency skills training in accordance with clinical needs in order to meet the requirements of psychiatric medical development.
