以执业医师资格考试为基础,构建内科学考评改革与管理体系

摘　　要：传统的内科学考试存在诸多弊端:重理论、轻实践,未能与国家执业医师考试接轨等。考试改革势在必行。构建内科学考评改革与管理体系,旨在提高学生的临床思维能力、临床技能操作能力、人文素质和沟通交流能力。内科学考评体系改革,基于执业医师资格考试,增加临床技能考核,结合形成性评价,以终结性评价为主,调整终结性评价的内容和方式。从考评改革质量控制体系、考评改革反馈机制和考评改革评价研究3个方面构建内科学考评改革管理体系。The traditional internal medicine examination has many drawbacks,such as emphasis on theory,despise practice,and fail to conform to the national medical Licensing examinations etc.Examination reform is imperative.The building up of the internal medicine evaluation reform and management system aims to improving students＇ clinical thinking ability,operation ability of clinical skills,humanistic quality and communication ability.Reform of internal medicine evaluation system based on the national medical Licensing examination,to increase of clinical skill assessment,to combine with formative evaluation,to adjust the contents and methods of final evaluation based on the final evaluation.From three aspects to build up a management system of internal medicine evaluation reform,they are evaluation reform of quality control system,evaluation reform of feedback mechanism and evaluation reform of appraisal research.
