摘　　要：中山路东延快速路项目总投资约65亿,是汕头市打造全国性综合交通枢纽的重点项目之一,也是提升城市格局、关系未来长远发展的重大交通基础设施项目。通过对项目建设影响区域的社会、经济和技术等各方面内容进行深入细致地调查研究,对各种技术方案进行详细的技术经济分析论证后,本文从项目功能定位和建设必要性、交通分析、快速路建设形式分析比选、快速路出入口设置及立交方案选型分析比选、特大桥方案分析及投资估算等多方面进行论述,简单介绍本项目总体方案设计。并通过借鉴其它城市案例经验分析和进行多方面优缺点对比,对市委市政府较为关注的快速路建设形式及菱形立交节点进行详细分析选型比选,为项目投资决策提供了基础数据和指导性意见,为项目启动、立项、采购融资提供了运作基础和科学支撑。The total investment of Zhongshan Road eastward extension of Shantou expressway project is about 6.5 billion.It is one of the key projects for Shantou City to build a national comprehensive transportation hub.It is also a major transportation infrastructure project to upgrade the city level and to improve future long-term development.Through detailed and meticulous investigation and study on social,economic, and technological aspects of the area affected by the project construction,and after conducting detailed technical and economic analysis and demonstration of various technical solutions.This paper briefly introduces the overall design of the project from the following aspects：the project＇s functional positioning,the necessity of this project,traffic analysis,comparison analysis of alternative forms of expressway construction,installation of expressway entrances and exits,analysis and comparison of types of interchange schemes,analysis of special bridge schemes,and investment estimation are discussed.As for the expressway construction form and the diamond interchange node that the municipal party committee and municipal government pay more attention to,by learning from the experience of other cities and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various aspects,this paper provides basic data and guidance for project investment decisions.And also provides operational basis and scientific support for project initiation,project identification and procurement financing.
