摘 要:运用三维运动学的方法,对2016年全国男子举重锦标赛暨里约奥运会选拔赛中石智勇抓举技术动作进行分析,旨在把石智勇抓举技术做为优秀运动员的典范进行研究,为我国举重抓举技术训练实践提供理论参考。结果表明:石智勇准备姿势采用宽握距、上体前倾度较大,体现了举重技术中"低"的技术原理,引膝提铃阶段3次试举两心距离均表现出了减小趋势,说明石智勇引膝技术比较合理,符合"近"的生物力学原理。发力阶段主要靠伸髋力量来提升杠铃,但发力结束时的伸膝伸髋不够充分。Using the methods of 3 D motion analysis, this paper studied the snatch technique of SHI ZHI-yong for 2016 national men's weightlifting championships of the Rio Olympic trials. It's aimed at studying the snatch technique of SHI ZHI-yong as a model of excellent athletes, and providing theoretical reference for the practice of weightlifting and snatch technical training of China. The result shows that SHI ZHI-yong's balanced stance with wide grip, upper degree of body lean, reflecting the "low" principles of the weightlifting technology. And there is a decreasing trend in the distance between body weight and center of gravity of barbell in the knee-pulling phase, which shows that SHI ZHI-yong's knees technique is reasonable and conforms to the "near" principle. SHI ZHI-yong lifted the barbell by hip stretch in the start phase,but the hip and knee stretch is not enough at the end of this phase.
