摘　　要：实现全员覆盖是破解高校思想政治理论课实践教学困境的关键环节。主体参与、时空拓展、教法应用、效应外溢等方面的优势使得高校思想政治理论课实践教学全员覆盖具有多重现实意义。坚持理论联系实际、节约时空成本、提升课程融合、加强部门协同的基本原则,建构规范有序、重点突出、学生自主、团队合作、问题导向、精品引领的全员覆盖长效机制,是高校思想政治理论课实践教学全面落实的有效路径。To achieve the full coverage is a key link in the practical teaching of ideological and political theory course in universities. The advantages of subject participation, space-time expansion, teaching method application and effect spillover make the full coverage of the practical teaching of ideological and political theory course have multiple practical significance. It is an effective way for the comprehensive implementation of ideological and political theory course in universities to adhere to the basic principles of integrating theory with practice, saving time and space cost, improving curriculum integration and activating the coordination of departments, and to build a long effective mecha-nism with orderly standard, key emphasis, students＂ autonomy, team cooperation, problem orientation and excellentcourse guidance.
