我国普通高校非学历继续教育发展问题与对策研究

摘　　要：我国普通高校开展非学历继续教育是国家加快建设学习型社会的需要,也是普通高校继续教育适时转型的需要。目前,我国普通高校发展非学历继续教育主要存在政策扶持力度不够、教育内容与市场需求不符、师资力量不足等问题,其对策主要有:加大资金投入,保障培训项目开发;满足市场需求,做好战略定位;注重人才开发,强化师资队伍建设;构建非学历继续教育评价体系。Non-degree further education by universities is necessary for the construction of a learning-oriented society and the properly-timed transition of further education by common universities. To resolve current problems in the field like lack of supporting policies,inconsistency of teaching and market demands and insufficient teaching staff,etc.,the following solutions should be adopted such as increasing capital investment in training program development,satisfying market demands with proper strategic orientation,focusing on talent training to improve teaching staff and establishing a relevant assessment system.
