摘 要:随着互联网和信息技术的发展,教育需要面对很多现实问题,教育改革和创新的呼声越来越高。英国开放大学领衔发布了一系列的《创新教学报告》,着重介绍和讨论了教育领域出现的可能会带来巨大影响的教学法创新。2017版《教学创新报告》介绍了如何培养学习者适应信息社会的新技能,如何培养在海量信息中准确查找可信信息的能力,以及在大数据时代使用海量数据进行思考和决策的能力。同时,随着技术的发展,学习资源和学习环境已突破原有的界限,出现了可由用户参与编辑的开放教科书,允许学习者深度参与的沉浸式学习环境。相应的,在技术发展的同时,教学理论也在不断进步和深化,产生了间隔学习、基于内部价值的学习等多种创新教学理论。在关注技术的同时,我们也应当重视社会文化对于教育的影响。为此,对2017版《创新教学报告》中介绍的创新教学理论和实践进行深度解读,介绍报告发布的背景,报告编写团队的组织,本年度十大创新教学法的内容概要;进一步地讨论了报告编写的线索、所反映的核心教育理念,以及其对目前创新人才培养和智能教育的推动,以促进教育者和政策制定更好地了解创新教学理念,从容应对新时代和新技术对教育的挑战。With the development of Internet and information technology, education is encountered with a lot of realistic problems, the voice of education reform and innovation is louder and louder. The OU released a series of Innovating Pedagogy Report,focusing on the introduction and discussion of the innovative pedagogies that may bring great influence to education. Innovating Pedagogy Report 2017 introduced: how to foster the learners to acquire the new skills and capabilities that is needed in information soci-ety, how to develop the ability to search amongst the mass information to get the authentic info and the competence to think and make decision using massive information in the era of big data. At the same time, learning resources and learning environment have made new breakthrough with the development of technology, we have witnessed the raise of new applications, such as open textbooks which allow users participate in the process of edit, and immersive learning where the deep involvement of user is available. Instruc-tional theory has also evolved constantly as well as the development of technology, in this regard, spaced learning and learning with internal values are the examples of innovative instructional theory. In addition to the technology, we should also focus on the impact that social culture has imposed on education. In this paper, we introduced the innovative pedagogies on theory and practice presented in the innovating pedagogy report 2017, the background and writing team of the report, and the content of ten innovative pedagogies;made deep analysis of the writing clue and core concept of the report, so that the instructors and related departments could understand the innovative ideas and cope with the challenges better.
