摘  要:在分析近代中医学发展的社会文化与医学背景的基础上,从学科史的角度,将近代中医教材的编写作为学科构建史上的整体性事件,从宏观上梳理其主要构建进程,并对该模式进行反思。总结近代中医教材模式的构建可大致分为三个阶段,1910至1925年期间为各自探索的早期阶段;1926至1929年期间以先后两次中医教材编辑会议的召开为标志,中医教育界对中医教材编写模式进行了广泛讨论并最终达成共识;1930年后随着汇通中西医学以整理中医学术理念的深入,近代中医教材模式得到了强化。近代中医教材模式的构建是近代中医理论嬗变的历史缩影,该模式虽尚有诸多可调整和完善的空间,但回归具体历史情境,古代与近代不应作为评价中医学发展水平高低的标准,近代医家积极应对中西医对话的历史经验依然值得借鉴。Based on the analysis of the socio-cultural and medical backgrounds of the development of modern Chinese medicine,from the perspective of the history of disciplines,the preparation of modern teaching materials of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) is regarded as an overall event in the history of discipline construction,and the major construction process is reviewed from the macro perspective. We rethought this model in the paper. The construction of the model of TCM teaching material in modern times can be roughly divided into three stages. The period from 1910 to 1925 was the early stage of their exploration. And the period from 1926 to 1929 were marked by the holding of two successive editing conferences of TCM teaching materials. The writing mode of the teaching materials was discussed extensively and finally a consensus was reached. After 1930,with the deepening of the academic concept of traditional Chinese medicine in Huitong Chinese and western Medicine,modern TCM teaching material model was strengthened. The construction of the TCM teaching materials model in modern China is a historical epitome of the evolution of modern TCM theories. Although there are plenty of spaces that can be adjusted and perfected,the model should return to specific historical situations. Ancient and modern times should not be used as criteria for evaluating the level of TCM development. The historical experience of doctors' active response to the dialogue between Chinese and western medicine is still worth learning from.
