玉米芯和醋糟为栽培材料的平菇春栽优良品种筛选

摘　　要：以玉米芯、醋糟为栽培料,对新引进的12个平菇品种进行了比较试验,以期筛选出适合以玉米芯、醋糟为栽培料的平菇春栽优良品种。结果表明:"黑平8号""早秋508""科佳1号""早秋615"等4个品种发菌快,菌丝强壮,菇形菇色美,韧性好,产量高,适宜在晋南地区春季出菇,可作为当地春季主栽品种。"小白平"菇色纯白,产量高,宜搭配种植。In order to screen fine varieties of Pleurotus ostreatus suited to corncob and vinegar residue as cultivation materials for spring planting,a comparative test of 12 introduced Pleurotus ostreatus varieties was conducted.The results showed that the ‘Heiping No.8’ ‘Zaoqiu 508’ ‘Kejia No.1’ and ‘Zaoqiu 615’ possessed rapid growth,strong mycelium,beautiful mushroom shape,strong resistance and high yield,so it was suitable for cultivation in south of Shanxi Province.The ‘Xiaobaiping＇possessed white color of fruiting body and higher yield,so it was suited to be planted as a collocation strain.
