摘 要:选取海尔集团为样本企业,进行探索性纵向案例研究,揭示了企业如何以人力资源管理的多重战略匹配性,激活人力资源双元柔性(雇佣柔性和技能柔性)的替代和互补效应,改善组织绩效,创建柔性组织的动态演化历程。旨在丰富和拓展本土化的柔性组织理论,并为互联网背景下亟需转型的企业提供借鉴。The paper chooses Hater group as object to conduct exploratory longitude case study. It demonstrates the dynamic evolution process that how to motivate human resource dual flexibility's (employment flexibility and skill flexibility ) substitution & complementary effects through human resource management with multiple strategic fit feature and finally improves organizational performance and establish flexible organization. Research aims to enrich and extend local flexible organization theory, as well as supply valuable reference and enlightenment for Chinese companies which need to transform in current internet context.
