摘　　要：基于珠三角地区243个企业样本，探讨企业间关系承诺与信息共享对服务创新绩效的影响，以及网络能力在其中的中介作用。研究表明：①关系承诺和信息共享对网络能力有显著正向影响，网络能力对服务创新绩效有显著正向影响；②信息共享对服务创新绩效有显著正向影响，网络能力在其中起中介作用；③关系承诺对服务创新绩效没有显著影响，但能通过网络能力的中介起作用。This paper studies the effects of relationship commitment and information sharing on service innovation performance and the mediating effect of network competence based on 243 samples of enterprises. Results show that, relationship commitment and information sharing have a significant positive impact on network competence, meanwhile, network competence has a significant positive impact on service innovation performance. Information sharing has a significant positive impact on service innovation performance. Relationship commitment has no significant impact on service innovation performance, but it plays an intermediary role in service innovation performance by network competence.
