摘 要:目的:探索大学生内控归因和共情在宜人性和宽恕关系中的多重中介效应。方法:选取503名大学生(男170人),运用人格五因素问卷简版(NEO-FFI)、多维度-多归因量表(MMCS)、人际反应指数量表(IRI)和青少年宽恕量表(FSCA)进行调查,使用MPLUS7.3在大学生宜人性、内控归因、共情和宽恕之间建立结构方程模型,检验内控归因和共情在大学生宜人性和宽恕之间的中介效应。结果:大学生宜人性得分与内控归因、共情、宽恕得分均呈正相关(r=0.19、0.21、0.34,均P<0.01);内控归因、共情得分与宽恕得分呈正相关(r=0.20、0.35,均P<0.01)。大学生宜人性对宽恕具有正相关作用(β=0.40,P<0.001)。引入内控归因和共情两个中介变量后,Bootstrap检验显示宜人性对宽恕的并行多重中介效应95%的可信区间为0.05~0.23,区间不包括0,表明内控归因、共情在宜人性和宽恕之间的并行中介效应。其中总效应为0.40,直接效应为0.28,总中介效应为0.12。结论:内控归因和共情在大学生宜人性对宽恕的关系中起到并行多重中介效应。Objective: To explore the multiple mediating effect of internal attribution and empathy on the relationship between agreeableness and forgiveness in college students. Methods: Totally 503 college students(170 males) were surveyed with the Neuroticism Extraversion Openness Five-Factor Inventory(NEO-FFI),MultidimensionalMaltiattributional Causality Scale(MMCS),and Forgiveness Scale for Chinese Adolescent( FSCA). Then MPLUS7. 3 was used to establish structural equation modeling(SEM) among agreeableness,internal attribution,empathy and forgiveness,and test the mediating effect of internal attribution and empathy on the relationship between agreeableness and forgiveness in college students. Results: The scores of agreeableness were positively correlated with the scores of Internal attribution,empathy and forgiveness(r =0. 19,0. 21,0. 34; P〈0. 01),and the scores of internal attribution and empathy were positively correlated with forgiveness scores(r =0. 20,0. 35; P〈0. 01). The agreeableness scores were positively correlated with forgiveness scores(β = 0. 40,P〈0. 001). Structural equation modeling indicated college students' agreeableness,internal attribution and empathy to forgiveness. Meanwhile,the Bootstrap test showed a concurrent multiple mediating effect of agreeableness to forgiveness,with a confidence interval of 95% for 0. 05-0. 23,interval did not include 0. The results showed that college students' internal attribution and empathy significantly mediated between agreeableness and forgiveness. The total effect was 0. 40,the direct effect was 0. 28,and the total mediation effect was 0. 12. Conclusion: Internal control attribution and empathy may play a parallel and multiple mediating effect on the impact of agreeableness on college students' forgiveness.
