摘 要:本研究使用归纳总结法,尝试从理论视角分析北京市中小学生综合素质评价,聚焦以促进学生发展为主要目的的形成性评价,梳理实践对理论的丰富和发展。评价不仅是证明和改进,也是发现、唤醒和沟通;评价信息的经常性记录、展示、交流是实施评价的基础;学生的认识和感受是评价有效性的重要判断标准;间接评价是激励性评价的有益补充。此外,需要不断对实践创新背后的理念及假设作出价值合理性判断,使得面向个体的综合素质评价适合每个学生。Using the summarizing method, this study attempts to analyze the practice of the overall competence evaluation of primary and secondary school students in Beijing from a theoretical perspective. It focuses on the formative evaluation aimed mainly at promoting student development, and sorts out the enrichment and development the practice brings to the theory. The viewpoints and conclusions are as follows: evaluation is not only proof and improvement, but also discovery, awakening and communication; regular recording, display, and communication of evaluation information are the basis for the implementation of evaluation; students' understanding and feelings are important judging criteria for evaluation effectiveness; indirect evaluation is a beneficial supplement to incentive evaluation. We also need to constantly make value judgments on the concepts and assumptions behind innovative practices, so that the overall competence evaluation aimed at individuals is suitable for every student.
