钢轨打磨列车三轴转向架功率寄生问题研究

摘  要:针对不同工况下液力传动三轴转向架钢轨打磨车功率寄生问题,从功率的角度推导出寄生功率的计算公式,得出三轴驱动车辆中寄生功率的影响因素、外特性以及寄生功率与轮径变化量的函数关系。通过对GMC-96x型三轴驱动钢轨打磨列车进行试验和计算,结果表明因功率寄生现象导致的功率损失很小,可以忽略不计,从而证明采用液力传动三轴转向架的钢轨打磨车不安装轴间差速器的方案是可行的。Aiming at the problem of parasitic power of the hydraulically three-axis driven rail grinding vehicles, the generation of parasitic power in three-axis driven vehicles under different working conditions was analyzed deeply. The formula of parasitic power was deduced from power, and the influence factors, external characteristics and the function between parasitic power and the change of wheel diameters of the three-axis driven vehicles were obtained. Taking the GMC-96 x type three-axis rail grinding train as an example, results from experiments and calculations show that the power loss caused by the parasitic power is very small, which can even be ignored. It is shown that the hydraulically three-axis driven rail grinding vehicles could run without axle differential.
