摘　　要：临床教学与培训是医学生培养的重要阶段。放射肿瘤学具有理论知识内容复杂,临床表现错综复杂,和治疗越来越追求个体化等特点。通过丰富教学内容与手段,完善教学资料,引进新的教学方法,并加强人文教育等方法,不断提高医学生学习效率,取得了较好的临床教学效果。Clinical teaching and training is an important stage for medical students＇ training.Radiation oncology is characterized by complex theoretical knowledge,complex clinical manifestations,and increasingly individualized treatment.By enriching the teaching content and means,perfecting the teaching materials,introducing new teaching methods and strengthening the methods of humanistic education,the learning efficiency of medical students is constantly improved and better clinical teaching results have been achieved.
