摘 要:在低蛋白(11%)日粮添加合成氨基酸至必需氨基酸平衡的条件下,研究不同蛋白源日粮对肥育猪血液生化指标及小肠氨基酸转运栽体表达量的影响。选取48头体质量为(58.65±3.71)kg杜×长×大杂交肥育猪,随机分为4个组,每组设4个重复。对照组饲喂正常蛋白水平(15%CP)日粮(SBM15),3个处理组饲喂低蛋白水平(11%CP)日粮,分别为豆粕组(SBM11),豆粕+棉籽粕+玉米胚芽粕组(SCCM11),棉籽粕+玉米胚芽粕组(CCM11)。按照标准回肠可消化氨基酸需要量添加合成氨基酸至日粮必需氨基酸平衡。结果表明:SCCM11、CCM11组的尿素氮含量显著低于SBM15、SBM11组(P〈0.05)。SCCM11组的胰岛素含量显著低于其他各组,胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)含量显著高于其他各组(P〈0.05)。CCM11组的总蛋白、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶含量显著低于其他各组,胆固醇含量显著高于其他各组(P〈0.05)。SBM15组的CAT1在十二指肠、空肠前段、回肠的表达量显著高于SBM11、SCCM11、CCM11组(P〈0.05),但SCCM11组的EAAC1、CAT1、B^0 AT1在空肠后段、回肠的表达量均显著高于CCM11组(P〈0.05)。因此,饲喂SCCM11组日粮可以显著降低尿素氮的生成,提高了肥育猪对蛋白质、糖、脂类等营养物质的吸收效率并增加了EAAC1、CAT1、B^0 AT1在空肠后段及回肠的表达。The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of low protein diets with different protein sources on blood biochemical and amino acid transporter expression in finishing pigs. Forty-eight Duroc × Landrace × Large White finishing barrows(58. 65± 3.71) kg were randomly assigned to four groups. The control group was normal crude protein(15% CP) diet which was soybean meal(SBM15). Three treatment groups were low crude protein(11% CP) diets which con- clude SBMll, soybean-cottonseed-corn germ meal (SCCM11) and cottonseed-corn germ meal (CCM11), respectively. According to standardized ileum digestibility of AA, adding crystalline AA to meet the balance of essential amino acid in diet. The results showed that the content of UREA in SCCMll and CCM11 groups was significantly lower than SBM15 and SBM11 groups(P〈0.05). In SCCM11 group INS content was significantly lower than the other three groups,IGF-1 content was significantly higher than the other three groups(P〈0. 05). In CCM11 group TP,ALB,ALT content was significantly lower than the other three groups,CHOL content was significantly higher than the other three groups(P〈0.05). In SBM15 group CAT1 expression in duode- num, anterior-jej unum, ileum was significantly higher than SBM11, SCCM11, CCM11 groups (P〈 0.05). However,the SCCM11 group EAAC1 ,CAT1 ,B^0AT1 expression in post-jejunum,ileum was significantly higher than CCM11 group(P〈0.05). These results indicated that SCCM11 group can significantly reduced UREA content, improved the efficiency of absorption such as protein, sugar, fat and increased the expression of EAAC1, CAT1, B^0 AT1 in post-jejunum, ileum of finishing pigs.
