摘　　要：在教学质量的各类评价研究中,评价者可以通过查阅资料获取由许多评价指标构成的评价体系,来评价教学质量的优劣,但是往往指标过多,工作量过大,不利于作出科学性评价。运用因子分析的方法,在庞大指标体系中找出能反映教师基本素养、教学形式、教学内容、课堂教态、选用教材、组织安排、教学设计、教学效果的8个潜在因子,对教学质量进行综合评价。In the teaching quality assessment studies, evaluators can be obtained by looking at the data from the e- valuation system composed of many evaluation index, and the teaching quality can be evaluated. But too many indi- cators and too big workload are not conducive to make a scientific evaluation. Therefore, the article applies the method of factor analysis in the index system to find eight factors which can comprehensively evaluate teaching qual- ity, including inner quality, teaching form, teaching content, teaching gesture, teaching materials, classroom man- agement, teaching design and teaching effect
