职业院校学生“工匠精神”的培育策略研究

摘　　要：文章紧密围绕职业院校学生"工匠精神"的培育,深入分析了"工匠精神"内涵,结合人才培养规律、职业教育理念和方法,提出了职业院校做好顶层设计,营造良好氛围,创新培养模式,拓展实践载体,完善保障机制等"工匠精神"培育策略。This article is closely related to the cultivation of ＂craftsmanship spirit＂of vocational students. Based on the concept and method of education in vocational colleges and the rule of student cultivation,a strategy of cultivation of ＂craftsmanship spirit＂has been designed. This paper puts forward that vocational colleges should pay attention to top-town design,create a good atmosphere,innovate training mode,expand the practice carrier,and improve the safety mechanism of ＂craftsmanship spirit＂breeding strategy.
