从个人生活史揭秘美国“国家年度教师”之卓越教学——基于对2009-2017年6位美国“国家年度教师”的质性研究

摘　　要：个人生活史是教师研究的一种重要方法。美国"国家年度教师"是一群教学非常卓越的公立K-12学校教师。基于对2009-2017年6位美国"国家年度教师"个人生活史进行研究,揭秘个人生活史对美国"国家年度教师"教学卓越有重要影响——从教的目的是他们真爱教书育人、教书育人的方式方法源于他们的生活经历、别样的教学哲学来自他们的生活体悟,并据此得出他们给中国基础教育教师教学卓越和研究的几个重要启示——教师的从教目的一定是发自内心地真爱教书育人工作和职业;教师应该在自己的个人生活史中汲取教书育人方法和教学哲学的灵感;研究者一定要重视个人生活史研究对教师研究的重要意义。Personal life history is an important method for teacher research. The USA National Teachers of the Year are a group of very excellent public K-12 teachers. If we want to reveal the secret of their teaching excellence well,from the personal life history perspective is the best method. Through doing the personal life histories research based on six USA National Teachers of the Year( 2009-2017),we have revealed personal life histories having important influences on teaching excellence of the USA National Teachers of the Year' successfully,and get some important enlightenment to Chinese K-12 teachers' teaching excellence and research accordingly.
