摘  要:滑菇的主要栽培料为硬杂木屑,在传统配方(ck)的基础上,利用沙棘的木屑、果渣、树叶按不同比例代替硬杂木屑设计了9种配方。通过测定滑菇子实体黄酮含量、营养成分、产量及菌丝生长势、生物转化率等方法,对滑菇的富集沙棘活性成分进行了研究。营养测定结果表明:沙棘栽培料的添加对滑菇的黄酮含量有明显的提升,其中沙叶Ⅲ配方(添加30%沙棘树叶)黄酮含量最高,达305.52 mg/100g,比对照高76.53%;对菌丝生长和滑菇产量的数据分析表明,沙棘木屑和果渣可以促进滑菇菌丝的生长,提高其产量,其中沙果Ⅱ配方(添加20%沙棘果渣)产量最高,为每袋436.6 g,比对照高15.35%。综合考虑黄酮含量、产量、营养等数据,适合应用于滑菇生产的最佳配方为沙果Ⅱ:沙棘果渣20%,硬杂木屑61.5%,麦麸15%,豆粉2%,石膏1%,白灰0.5%。Hardwood sawdust is the main cultivation material of Pholiota nameko. Using sawdust,marc and leaves of Hippophae rhamnoides as substrate,we designed 9 substrate formulas to cultivate P. nameko. We studied P. nameko enriching the active ingredients of H. rhamnoides by measuring flavone content,nutrients,production,biological efficiency of fruiting body,and mycelial growth potential. The results showed that flavone content of the 9 substrate formulas was significantly higher than the control group,and the flavone content of Leaf Ⅲ formula was the highest( 305. 52 mg/100 g),increased by 76. 53% compared with the control group. Sawdust and marc of H. rhamnoides had positive effects on growth rate of mycelia and production of fruiting body. The production of fruiting body of Marc Ⅱ formula was the highest per bag( 436. 6 g),increased by 15. 35% compared with the control group. Taking flavone content,production and nutrition content into comprehensive consideration,we consider MarcⅡformula to be the best formula for the cultivation of P. nameko.
