摘　　要：网络平台具有数据的吸附功能,数据库在平台相遇、整合、流入、流出,使得知识可以围绕客户需求超越组织界限流动,从知识合作的视角把这种Web技术支撑下的企业合作创新模式定义为知识网络合作模式。中国企业进行知识合作网络创新的软件、硬件配套环境完备是知识网络合作成为主流合作创新模式的动因。Web技术的发展与普及使得企业合作创新的知识网络模式已然在电子商务领域独占鳌头。使用概念描述、理论支撑以及来自电子商务领域企业的实例论证等方法研究知识网络的运行和创新原理。平台的吸附功能形成自组织效应是知识网络的运行基础,知识网络合作平台环境(内、外部)的健全与健康是其存在与成长的关键。The reason why knowledge network becomes the mainstream model of enterprise cooperation innovation is because the condition of software and hardware are completed in China. The platform of network is just like a market of date, and this market absorb the date both from the enterprise and the customer. Meanwhile, this market provides the chance for all the date to flow, meet, integrate and innovate. Making research on how the knowledge network is the issue of operation and innovation base on the methods of described conceptions, supported theories and examples of the knowledge network.
