摘 要:目的:了解病区医院感染管理小组感控医生工作满意度和心理授权水平现状,分析感控医生工作满意度和心理授权存在何种关系。方法:应用自制一般人口学特征调查表了解监控医生的人口学特征;采用心理授权量表评估监控医生心理授权水平;运用工作满意度量表评估工作满意度状况;应用SPSS 17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:工作意义与内在满意度、外在满意度、一般满意度、工作满意度总分均呈正相关(r=0.332,0.394,0.240,0.415;P〈0.05)、自我效能与内在满意度、外在满意度、一般满意度、工作满意度总分均呈正相关(r=0.273,0.330,0.358,0.364;P〈0.05)、自主性与内在满意度、外在满意度、一般满意度、工作满意度总分均呈正相关(r=0.399,0.524,0.394,0.532;P〈0.001)、工作影响与内在满意度、外在满意度、一般满意度、工作满意度总分均呈正相关(r=0.470,0.440,0.345,0.539;P〈0.01)、心理授权总分与内在满意度、外在满意度、一般满意度、工作满意度总分均呈正相关(r=0.460,0.526,0.414,0.576;P〈0.001)。结论:病区医院感染管理小组感控医生心理授权及工作满意度均程较高水平,且心理授权各维度及与工作满意度各维度呈显著正相关。Objective:To understand the status quo of the job satisfaction and psychological authorization level of the hospital infection management team in the ward,and to analyze the relationship between the job satisfaction and the psychological authorization.Methods:We explored the demographic characteristics of the supervisor by applying the self-made general demographic questionnaire.The psychological authorization scale was used to monitor the level of psychological authorization of doctors and Job Satisfaction Scale was used to evaluate job satisfaction.SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:There were a positive correlations between job meaning and internal satisfaction,external satisfaction,general satisfaction,and total score of job satisfaction(r=0.332,0.394,0.240,0.415;P〈0.05),self-efficacy and internal satisfaction,external satisfaction,general satisfaction,and job satisfaction(r=0.273,0.330,0.358,0.364;P〈0.05),autonomy and internal satisfaction,external satisfaction,general satisfaction,and job satisfaction were positively correlated(r=0.399,0.524,0.394,0.532;P〈0.001),work impact and internal satisfaction,external satisfaction,general satisfaction,the total score of job satisfaction were positively correlated(r=0.470,0.440,0.345,0.539;P〈0.01).The total score of psychological authorization was positively correlated with the total score of internal satisfaction,external satisfaction,general satisfaction,and job satisfaction(r=0.460,0.526,0.414,0.576;P〈0.001).Conclusion:The hospital infection management team of the ward has a higher level of psychological authorization and job satisfaction,and the dimensions of psychological authorization and the dimensions of job satisfaction are significantly positively correlated.
