摘  要:介绍了马铃薯渣营养成分及主要性质,综述了马铃薯渣资源化开发利用的研究现状,包括提取膳食纤维、果胶,制备高蛋白饲料、燃料酒精和生物质混合燃料及能源气体、饲料种曲、高能量饲料和方便面料包可食性膜,以及新型粘结剂、胶粘剂和吸附材料等。展望了马铃薯渣的开发应用前景与发展趋势,以期指导马铃薯渣的资源化开发利用和保护生态环境,促进人类和自然和谐永续发展。We described the nutritional content of potato pulp and its main properties.The research status of potato residues resource development and utilization was reviewed,including preparation of high protein feed,dietary fiber,extraction of pectin,fuel alcohol and biomass blend fuel,feed stock mould starter,high energy feed and instant noodles edible film,as well as the preparation of new binders,adhesives and adsorbent materials.The development prospect and trend of potato residues were prospected,with a view to guiding the development and utilization of potato residues resources and protecting the ecological environment,and promoting the harmonious and sustainable development of mankind and nature.
