摘　　要：保健茶是以多种传统中药材为主要成分且具有多方面保健功能的茶饮料,携带方便、口感甜美,深受人们的喜爱。通过文献查阅,并结合市场调研,对常见的八宝茶及保健凉茶的配料、功效及工艺进行总结,为以后保健茶的研究及其综合利用提供参考。The main component of health tea is a variety of traditional Chinese herbal medicine. The health tea has a wide range of health care functions of tea drinks. It＇s easy to carry, taste sweet, loved by the people. In this paper, ingredients, function and process of Assorted Chinese Herbal Tea and common herbal tea were summarized through literature review combined with market research. In order to provide reference for future research on health tea and its comprehensive utilization.
