广西雨露计划扶贫培训的特色、问题与对策

摘　　要：通过对广西雨露计划扶贫培训的调查研究,发现广西雨露计划在遵守国家政策的同时又具有自己的特色。扶贫巾帼励志班和"两广"对口帮扶职业教育是广西雨露计划的特色项目。广西雨露计划在实施过程中也暴露出重点贫困县与非重点贫困县政策优惠不均、农业专业知识过少、评价体系不完善、资助经费偏少等问题,对此,需要从制度层面进行改善。Through the investigation on Yulu Program＇ poverty alleviation training in Guangxi, we find that it has its own characteristics while complying with national policies. The poverty alleviation women＇s inspirational class and the ＂Guangdong and Guangxi＂ Counterpart Assistance vocational education are the characteristic projects of Yulu Program in Guangxi. Many problems have been exposed in the implementation of Yulu Program in Guangxi. For example, preferential policies for key poverty-stricken counties and non-key poverty-stricken counties are uneven; agricultural expertise is too small; the evaluation system is not perfect; the funding is few, and so on. In this regard, it needs to be improved from the institutional aspect.
