青海藏区职校学生择业倾向与态度研究

摘　　要：为考察学生的择业倾向和态度,课题组赴青海黄南、果洛、玉树和海南四个藏族自治州的职业学校,对总计325名学生进行了问卷调查,发现学生对职校的认同感不高、就业观念落后、学习动力不足、自主创业意识不强、有较多就业困惑等诸多现实问题,进而以问题为导向,提出了促进青海藏区职业教育发展的对策建议。In order to investigate the career tendency and attitude of the students in vocational sehools, the task group went to four vocational schools in Huangnan, Guoluo, Yushu and Hainan autonomous prefectures in Qinghai. And the task group conducted a questionnaire survey of a total of 325 students. It has been found that the students have many practical prublems such as a low sense of identity with vocational schools, a backward concept of employment, lack of motivation for learning, lack of sense of independent entrepreneurship, and more job c, onfusion, and so on. Then, with the problem as the orientation, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of vocational education in Tibetan area of Qinghai.
