摘  要:"四化同步"发展战略对我国经济社会发展以及农村职业教育发展具有深远影响。从战略的目标、核心、机理等本质特征进行分析,发现当前农村职业教育发展存在功能定位单一短视、体系结构存有短板、城乡职教二元分裂等症结。我国农村职业教育发展应从功能转型、体系统整、模式创新等方面做好转型升级:服务城乡,适应农民人力资本和生活品质提升的需求;统筹规划,满足"新农民"和"新市民"接受职业教育培训的需要;城乡合作,构建资源优化配置协同培育人才的职业教育培训模式。"Four Simultaneous"strategy has far-reaching and profound impact on China’s economic and social development and rural vocational education. Through the analysis of the essential characteristics such as the goals,cores,and mechanisms of the"four simultaneous",this paper makes a reflection on the development of rural vocational education,and tries to find that there is a single short-sighted functional positioning,a short board in the architecture,and a dualistic split between urban and rural vocational education,trying to put forward reform strategies and development aspirations from the aspects of functional transformation,system integration,and model innovation:serving urban and rural areas,adapting to the needs of peasants’ human capital and improving their quality of life;overall planning to meet the needs of "new farmers" and "new citizens" to receive vocational education and training;cooperating between the urban and the rural to build a vocational education training model for resource optimization and collaborative training.
