摘　　要：文章从产业供给侧改革的视角,审视高校人才培养结构性矛盾及发展的契机。以对产业所需人才的知识、经验和技能的精准"画像"为基础,结合企业对人才选、育、留的要求探究高校人才培养创新模式。倡导校企合作、双向调整、协同培养,提升高校在供给侧大背景下应用型人才培养的有效性;开启"客制化""一体化"为产业输出应用型人才的创新培养模式。From the perspective of industrial sup ply-sid e reform, this article examines the structural contradictions and opportuni-ties for development of talents in universities. Through the accurate ＂portraits＂ of the knowledge, experience, and skills required for the talented people in the industry, innovative models for talents cultivation in universities have been explored from the perspective of the selection, education, and retention of corporate counterparts. Measures such as school-enterprise cooperation, two-way adjustments, and collaborative training have been advocated to take in order to enhance the effectiveness of talent cultivation, which starts innova-tive customization and integration model for the applicat ion-oriented talents.
