教育经费短缺背景下地方院校教学实训基地建设策略研究

摘　　要：地方院校普遍存在教学实训基地建设教育经费短缺问题,无法保证地方院校人才培养的实训教学质量,无法培养高端技术型人才。通过分析近几年地方院校的教育经费投入,研究发现,借助现有资源开展校企合作等多渠道筹资解决教育经费短缺问题。为此,要考虑教育经费成本,确定最佳教学实训基地的建设投入,建立筹资运作管理部门,加强教育经费使用的监督,提高教育经费使用效益。The shortage of education funds in local universities haswidely existed, which prevents them to promote the quality of thepractice teaching in developing the training of personnel and high-end technology talents. By the analysis of the education funds in localuniversities in recent years, the article ？ nds that the problems canbe dealt with by means of multi-channel ？ nancing, such as carryingout the cooperation between universities and enterprises. Thereforeseveral aspects will be taken into consideration, such as educationcost, construction investment for be best teaching practice base, theestablishment of the management department for raising fundsstrengthening the supervision of the use of education funds and theimprovement of the pro？ ts in education funds.
