摘  要:教育的价值体现在培养全面发展的人以及引导与推动社会的进步,而教育本身有其社会组织形式的特殊性,需要依据教育对象、社会文化背景与时代属性对文化范式做出选择。新形势下,民族教育应选择广义的多元文化一体范式,即在充分国家认同和全面公民教育的"一体"背景下,承认、尊重、促进、发展"多元"民族教育的系统工程,并最终以一体包容多元,以多元促进一体。在真正尊重不同民族文化差异的基础上,发展多元文化交融的民族教育,促进我国教育事业的发展和中华民族的伟大复兴。The value of education is reflected in the cultivating all-round developed people, guiding and promoting the progress of society, and the social organization form of education is special,hence it is necessary to make a choice of the cultural paradigm based on educational objects, social and cultural backgrounds and attributes of the time.Under the new situation, ethnic education should follow the cultural paradigm of "pluralistic integration", which means that in the context of integration of full national recognitions and comprehensive civic education, ethnic education should recognize, respect, promote and develop pluralistic" ethnic education system;and ultimately let integration contains plurality,and which in turn can promote integration.We should develop ethnic education which mingles pluralistic cultures on the basis of sincere respect for the difference among different ethnics, thus to promote the development of our education and to realize the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
