摘 要:针对超视场球头刀在线视觉测量过程中受限于图像采集系统的视场问题,提出了一种基于光栅尺和特征的二维图像拼接方法。该方法在图像采集阶段,通过获取刀头部位球族包络信息,还原真实加工环境。然后经过亚像素阈值分割法得到刀具轮廓,采用光栅尺得到连续序列图像间的配准信息,再利用像素当量换算得到相邻两幅图移动的像素值。试验表明,该拼接方法应用于球头刀的轮廓测量时,测量结果与名义值偏差低于0.09%,测量误差小,便于获得后续刀补参数的精确值,能够保证加工精度。The on-line vision measurement of ball end cutter which is beyond the field of view is limited by the field of view of image acquisition system,a two-dimensional image mosaic method based on grating ruler and feature is proposed.In the image acquisition phase,the real machining environment is restored by acquiring the envelope information of the ball at the cutter head. Then,by sub pixel threshold segmentation method,the cutter contour is obtained the registration information between successive images by using grating ruler,and the pixel values of two adjacent graphs are obtained by equivalent conversion of pixels. It is proved that when the splicing method is applied to the contour measurement of the ball end cutter,the deviation between the measured result and the nominal value is less than 0. 09%. The measurement error is small,which is easy to obtain the accurate value of the subsequent cutter compensation parameters,so as to ensure the machining accuracy.
