高职院校职业指导工作现状调查与对策研究

摘　　要：通过对江苏省高职院校大学生进行在线问卷调查分析,发现当前高职院校职业指导工作中存在学生规划意识淡薄、课程实践性不强、师资队伍不合理和忽略个性化指导等问题,提出坚持"以生为本",树立全程化职业指导理念;加强校企合作,保证职业指导实施效果;制定专业标准,打造职业指导师资队伍;关注个体特点,实现个性化职业指导等对策建议,进一步提升毕业生的就业竞争力和就业质量。Through the analysis of online questionnaire survey of college students in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province,this paper finds out that some problems in vocational guidance work in vocational colleges,such as weak awareness of students＇ planning,weak curriculum practice,unreasonable teaching staff,and neglection of personalized guidance,etc. This paper puts forward the principle of ＂ taking birth as the basis＂,strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,developing professional standards,realizing personalized career guidance,and further improving the employment competitiveness and employment quality of graduates.
