摘　　要：通过采用文献资料法、访谈法等方法,对美国和日本两个国家的青少年网球运动的管理进行研究。通过对美国和日本两个国家的青少年网球运动的管理组织、经费、竞赛与训练和人员管理四个方面进行调查总结,了解两个国家在青少年网球运动管理方面的区别。By using the methods of literature review and interview,this paper makes a study on the management of youth tennis in two countries,including the United States and Japan. Through investigation and conclusion on the management agencies,funds,competition,training and personnel management of youth tennis in these 2 countries,this paper illustrates the difference between the two countries in youth tennis management.
