摘  要:高等师范院校的教育实习工作是师范生走向教育工作岗位的重要环节。但是,对于师范生教育实习的评价缺乏有效的过程性量化评定,评价指标缺乏有效性,不利于促进学生综合素质的提高。本文基于"三位一体"的教师培养的新机制,以实习学校指导老师评价、师范生参与度评价和职业技能评价作为指标,采用层次分析法建立数学模型,建立科学有效的师范生教育实习评价体系。Teaching practice in normal universities is an important part of normal students' education. However, the evaluation of normal students' educational practice is lack of effective process quantitative evaluation, and the evaluation index is lack of effectiveness, which is not conducive to promoting the improvement of students' comprehensive quality. Based on the new mechanism of "three in one" teacher training, this paper uses the evaluation of the instructors of the practice school, the evaluation of the participation degree of normal students and the evaluation of professional skills as the index, the mathematical model established by the analytic hierarchy process, to established a scientific and effective evaluation system for the education practice of normal students.
