摘　　要：本文主要就如何理解地方高校经管类卓越人才的基本素质特征进行了探讨,并从教学的现实出发,结合教师自身授课内容和特点,提出了经管类卓越人才基本素质培养的“准实习”环境和长效“导师制”的具体实现途径和方法.This paper explores how to understand the culturing outstanding talent in economics and management. In terms of the teachingpractice, and with the combination of teaching contents and teachers’ characteristics, the thesis puts forward specific ways andmethods to realize quality training of the excellent talent such as “quasi-practice” environment and long-term ＂tutorial system＂.
