体育教育专业“分段-集中”实习模式的重构思考

摘　　要：重构的实质是对体育教育专业人才培养工作的创新,是对教育方式的变革。文章从高等教育发展视角、体育教育专业学生的能力培养视角、"分段-集中"实习模式的时效性视角,结合体育教育专业学生的个体能力"倒金字塔"结构及能力形成特点,对重构工作的切入点、着力点、重点进行了深思考,以期为下一步的重构工作做准备。The essence of the reconstruction is the innovation of training physical education talents and the transformation of theeducational methods. From the perspective of higher education development, the perspective of ability training for physical educationmajors, and the time -based perspective of ＂segment -concentration＂ internship mode, this study analysis penetration point, strengthpoint and key point to prepare for the next step of reconstruction combined with the characteristics of the ＂inverted pyramid＂ structure and ability forming features of physical education majors.
