摘 要:韩非子作为先秦诸子集大成者,继承并发扬了诸子百家在哲学、政治方面的许多理念。他著书立说,其中有很多闪光的社会语言学思想。他独创的"说"体和寓意深刻的历史典故、寓言故事,阐释了"语言"和"言语"的区别、语言的社会身份性和语境的静态性和动态性。最难能可贵的是,他对语言和社会关系的感悟、话语交际者的社会身份性的论述以及社会语境观与现代语言学研究的很多观点不谋而合。Epitomized thoughts of various schools in pre-Qin,Han Feizi wrote many books to put forward his insightful ideas on philosophy,politics,especially his bright sociolinguistic views. His unique style of"shuo" and his classic and allegorical stories carried profound messages. They shed great lights on the differences between langue and parole,the relationship between language and identity and the static and dynamic features of context. It is admirable to find that his insights on the relationship between language and society,the social identity of the interlocutors and the perspective of social context happen to coincide with modern linguistic views.
