摘 要:为了了解河源市桃金娘中原花青素的提取工艺,采用桃金娘为原料,使用正交实验法对原花青素的传统工艺进行优化,在单因素的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验法,研究乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比四种因素对桃金娘中原花青素提取率的影响,实验结果表明,获得桃金娘中原花青素最佳提取的工艺条件为,以60%浓度的乙醇为提取溶剂,采用料液比为1:5(m L),在温度85℃下回流提取100min,此条件获得的原花青素含量为0.0576mg/m L。In order to understand the extraction process of anthocyanins in the Central Plains of Taoyuan City in Heyuan City, Myrtle was used as a raw material, and the traditional process of anthocyanins was optimized using orthogonal experimental methods.On the basis of single factors, the L9(34) orthogonal test method was adopted.To study the effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature, and material liquid ratio on the extraction rate of aureole central plains anthocyanins.The experimental results show that the best extraction process for aureole central plains anthocyanins is 60 % ethanol.The ratio of feed to liquid was 1 : 5(m L), and 100 min was extracted by reflux at a temperature of 85 ° C.The original anthocyanin content obtained under this condition was0.0576 mg/m L.
